DUTCH NATIONALS
as per 14-09-2009 only single or double entry visas will be issued. Visa will be valid form date of issue untill date of departure from India as stated in your bookingconfirmation or (copy) ticket. Single entry only and no extension possible. New visa can only be applied for 2 month after expiry old visa

Tourist Visa – required documents

• Original passport with minimum validity of 6 months
• 2 passport size photographs
• Application form duly filled in
• bookingconfirmation or (copy) ticket)
• if double entry is required > bookingconfirmation or (copy) tickets for BOTH trips or one bookingconfirmation and a travelplan, in case travel by overland. Example - overland to Nepal and back into India. 
• Children under 18, travelling alone or with 1 parent are required to submit a letter of consent. If the child travels on its own, both parents must sigh the letter. If one parent travels with the child, then the parent that does not travel needs to write a letter of consent. Copies of the parents passports must be attached.

Business Visa - required documents

• Original passport with minimum validity of 6 months
• 2 passport size photographs
• Application form duly filled in
• Bookingconfirmation or (copy) ticket
• Letter of guarantee
• employer is responsible for all costs
• Profession
• Surname
• Given names 
• Date of birth 
• Document Number
• Date of issue
• Date of expiry
• Extract from Chamber of Commerce (Dutch company)
• Invitation from business partner in India, name and title invited party must be mentioned. Chamber of Commerce registration number should be mentioned in this letter.
• “Certificate of incorporation” (From Indian company)
• Salary slip or bankstatement with salary (only if jobtitle "lower" than manager, director or CEO)
  
• Employer Statement (only if jobtitle is "lower"  than manager, director or CEO)
