Question: Where can I get the visa application?
Answer: The applicationform can be downloaded form our website. The application itself can be done in person or by mail at our office in The Hague or Amsterdam.

Question: Is there a different version of the application that can be faxed or emailed to me?
Answer:  In both cases the forms are the same and should submitted with your passport and other requirements.

OCI, PIO, Indian Passport Applications

Question: Can Indian Visa Service help me with my OCI, PIO or Indian Passport application?
Answer: Indian Visa Service only handles visa applications for tourist and business . You must contact the Indian Embassy directly for all OCI, PIO and Indian Passport questions and applications.

Fees

Question: How much are the fees for visas?
Answer: The fee varies on how long the visa is requested and are clearly mentioned with the type of visa requested. Please note that issuance of one years and two years is upon the discretion of the Embassy. No refunds will be given if shorter visas are issued.

Diplomatic and Official Passports

Question: Will you be processing the visa for Official and Diplomatic passports?
Answer: Official and Diplomatic Passport holders will have to go through Embassy for visa processing. 

Transferring a Visa to a New Passport

Question: Can I transfer a valid India visa to a new passport?
Answer: Yes. When applying, be sure to specify that you are applying for a "Transfer of Visa".
