♦ Opening Hours office The Hague 09.00-12.30 & 13.00-17.30

Applications for Dutch passports (business and tourist visa) can be collected the next working day between 16.30 – 17.30 hours. For urgent cases it is possible to get a same-day service. Then you must submit the application before 11.30am and pay an additional fee of € 43.00.

The visa can then be collected the same day after 16.30 hours. Please note that this is for DUTCH PASSPORTS ONLY. There is no urgent procedure for foreign passports.

Visa applications can be delivered at our counter between 09.00-17.00, but will not ready for collection on the same day. These applications are ready for pickup at the 3rd workingday. Only for Dutch passportsand only for tourist and business visa. Issuing visa is at the discretion of the Embassy. Same applies for other Nationalities and other types of visas.

♦ Services of Indian Visa service

Indian Visa Service handles India visa requests from inside The Netherlands as a private contractor to the Indian Embassy. The Embassy of India will be closed for visa (tourist & business) requests in person or by mail. More information is available on the website of the Embassy www.indianembassy.nl

Indian passports, OCI, PIO and other consular services will be handled by the Embassy. Diplomatic and Official passports will continue to be received directly at the Embassy between 10.00-12.00 on all working days. Fees will not be charged for the service and visas will be granted Gratis.

Getting a visa for the first time can be confusing. Our clear instructions help guide you along every step of the way. Applying for a visa can be done in person or through the mail. We recommend applying through the mail to avoid waiting time and for greater convenience.
